The energy experience was a space for self-love and realization, the workshop included several activities aimed at promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and energy healing.
We had the honor and pleasure to have Dana Knerl guide our community into a magical day filled with love and light.
We started with a slow yoga class, which helped participants to stretch their bodies and release tension. After the yoga class, there was a guided meditation session that allowed participants to clear their minds and focus on their breath. This was followed by a Reiki session, where participants received energy healing through the hands of Dana, which helps to balance the body's energy and promote relaxation.
Finally, there was an Akashic Records reading session, where participants received insights and guidance from the Akashic Records, which are said to contain information about past, present, and future events.
Dana is a board-certified holistic nurse with a Master’s degree in Public Health. She is a Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Chakra Mentor.

What are Akashic Records?
"The Akashic Records are a reservoir of divine wisdom. that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey through time. They are a kind of cosmic library or database that contains information about every thought, emotion, action, and experience that has ever occurred in the past, present, and future"
What is an Akashic Records Reading?
"An Akashic Records reading is an opportunity to connect with your angels, teachers, and loved ones to receive guidance and support for your soul. It is a spiritual practice in which an Akashic Records practitioner channels insight, information, and healing from your spirit guides. It is very different from a psychic reading, as the practitioner and you are working together for your highest good. This form of reading helps to remove the ego perspective and allows you to see your life as your spirit guides see you. All the guidance and insight you receive comes from a place of unconditional love."
How does an Akashic Records Reading work?
"There are different styles and ways to access the Akashic Records. In my work, I feel it is important to come to a space with my clients where we feel grounded and connected to the present moment. A reading can be done virtually and in-person. First, I guide you through a meditation that helps you to feel aligned with your own energy. Then I use a very special prayer that I was taught by my teacher to access the Akashic Records specifically for you. While I say the prayer, I usually feel a shift in the energy, and I know I am in that high vibrational place to receive information from your spirit guides. Once I feel that shift, I let you know the Akashic Records are open. Then I share with you the information that is coming through. Oftentimes I hear messages or see images that are unique to you, and we interpret the information that is coming through together. Then we move through a deep conversation to talk about what is important for your soul to know at this time in your life. It is a co-creation. Once the reading feels complete, there is one more prayer I use to close your records."
How can I prepare for an Akashic Records Reading?
"Before your reading it might be helpful to set an intention around what it is you wish to explore in your Akashic Records. It can be helpful to write down questions beforehand, but frequently the questions people have automatically get answered in the reading without having to ask. I do offer to record the session, but it is totally your choice."
What are some common experiences during an Akashic Records Reading?"There is really no limit as to what can come through in a reading as long as it is appropriate and supportive for you to hear at the time. Frequently, people receive guidance around relationships in their lives. Past life information can come through, and if it is appropriate for you to connect with a loved one who has passed that person's soul essence might come in to give you messages. You might also gain insight to your soul's purpose in this lifetime. As a master energy healer, I have experience with shamanic healing practices. With your permission I can guide you through deeper levels of energy healing like cord removal energy clearing, and past life karmic release. Sometimes energetic blocks or losses can require a deeper commitment to healing, and I can guide you through creating sustained energetic shifts through more consistent work in the Records."
